Record your sessions, relive them with the real wind
Tide It 7 adds Session mode: your kite, wing, foil, windsurf or surf session recorded on iPhone or Apple Watch, then replayed on satellite view with the wind measured by the spot's weather station. Before release, we're looking for riders to put it to the test on the water.
What you'll test
- On Apple Watch or iPhoneLive speed (2-second max), distance covered, flight time on a foil, tacks and jibes, heart rate and calories on the watch. The start is set automatically on the water, a break on the beach never stops the GPS, and an arrow points you back to where you started.
- “Ready?”, before you goThe real wind from the station, the swell, the tide, the water temperature and the gear to take from your quiver, wetsuit included.
- ReliveYour session on satellite view, the real wind animated around you, your track lighting up as time goes by.
- My sessionsAll your sessions, to sort, rename and annotate.
- Shore foragingThe next daytime low tide, and an alert to head back before the flood.
Who we're looking for
- Riders from every sport and every coast who get on the water regularly.
- An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. An Apple Watch is a plus, not a must.
- Happy to tell us honestly what's wrong.
50 spots. We pick testers to cover every sport and every kind of water. If you're selected, you'll get a TestFlight invitation (Apple's app for beta versions) at your Apple Account email.
What you get: full Tide It Premium throughout the beta, and 6 months of Premium free at launch if you've sent us at least one piece of feedback.

Good to know
- It's a work in progress: it changes often, and a session can still get lost. If a record matters to you, keep your usual tracker running too.
- Send feedback through TestFlight (take a screenshot, then “Send Beta Feedback”) or by email to [email protected].
- Your email is only used to invite you to the beta. Your sessions stay on your devices; TestFlight only sends us crash reports and the feedback you choose to send.
- You can leave the beta at any time from TestFlight and go back to the App Store version.
